  • Instructed on how to communicate effectively

  • Prompted to view and carefully examine various scenarios

  • Allowed to test their knowledge via a custom-designed interactive sorting exercise

  • Allowed to fail in a safe environment

  • Provided with useful feedback throughout the exercise to support critical thinking
